Ubris composes original indus instrumental music. This is a mixture of synth-type techno / dance sounds and rythm, plus metal-type guitar riffs and solos, with heavy or frantic rhythms, sometimes worth movie soundtracks. The album is all in 5.1 surround, with strong spatial effects.

The album presented here on MySurround is a complete remixing in surround of the first album of C'Dimanche.

C’Dimanche is a French band founded in 2002 initially as a french songwriting duet. They claim themselves (with a good sense of humour) as the inventors of the “Sailors’ Blues” music style. The band is located in Caen (Normandy, France), close to the sea and composes their own songs and ballads on friendship, love and sailing. They show actually a great sense of melody. The sea, the girls in harbours, the sailors’ wives scruting the horizon, the old seadogs telling stories about distant islands… These are the favourite source of inspiration for C’Dimanche.
When on stage, C’Dimanche also performs several cover songs. And since sept.08, C’Dimanche has expanded with an experienced rhythm section (bass and drums) and a talented harmonicist. C’Dimanche performs regulary in bars, small venues and festivals of Normandy.

Interfaces 2009
'Interfaces 2009' is the last album of Not Just, a French band. The music style is instrumental metal guitar but in compatison with many others, Not Just focuses on guitar riffs and on arrangements, instead of playing endless soli at the beginning of the first two bars. Therefore the tracks are quite different from each other. The album is entirely produced in 5.1-surround, featuring sparingly surround effect depending on the will of the composer. Among our favorite tracks comes with no doubt the #6 ('Monotone') which we found really excellent, and then also very good titles like #1 and #15. We also liked the idea of having kind-of-live / kind-of-funny titles like tracks #16 and #17, for which surround also really brings some ambiance.		Buy this albumArtist : Not Just
